TICKETS
All sales are FINAL. Show is rain or shine. View ticket terms here.
Tickets will be sent to your email approximately 6 weeks before the festival. When you arrive at the festival, we will scan your ticket and give you stickers to place on your vehicle for parking/camping and wristbands to designate your admission. Each ticket can only be scanned and validated for entry once. If you have tickets for friends or family members that are arriving separately, we recommend sending their pdf to them before you arrive. This can be done by printing, screenshotting, or forwarding the ticket.
We are unable to verify the validity of a third party sale. Guaranteed tickets can only be purchased from Big Valley Jamboree, Front Gate Tickets, or our official ticketing partner, Boston Pizza in Camrose.
Wristbands are void if tampered with. Please note, once a wristband is tightened, it cannot be loosened. Treat your wristband like the money you spent on your admission. If your wristband becomes too tight, we can replace it at our discretion for a $20 fee at the Information Booth or Will Call. Wristbands are non-transferrable and cannot be shared. Each person requires their own wristband.
Children 10 and under are free of charge only in general admission areas when accompanied by a valid ga ticket holder. *free admission for kids does not include any premium ticket areas. They will need their own ticket to access any upgraded area.
