2026 REFUND UPDATE
 

 

Thank you for your patience as we worked through the details of the refund process following the weather-related cancellation of the majority of performances scheduled for Sunday. We have spent the last few weeks working with our insurance company, and can now provide an update to our ticket holders.
 

We know the cancellation was disappointing, and we appreciate your patience while we took the time to work with insurance and our ticketing company to determine the best way to process refunds for our fans.

All eligible Sunday single-day ticket purchases will be refunded in full. For weekend ticket purchases, a portion of the ticket purchase will be refunded in recognition of Sunday's cancellation.

You have the option to use your 2026 ticket refund as a credit toward your 2027 renewal or ticket purchase.

To request your 2027 ticket credit, please email bvj@bigvalleyjamboree.com before September 1, 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back to Big Valley Jamboree in 2027!

If you purchased your tickets online through Front Gate Tickets:

No action is required. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original method of payment. Please allow as little as 30 days for your refund to be processed and appear on your credit card statement.  You will be emailed confirmation when your refund has been processed to the address associated with your purchase.

If you purchased your tickets onsite at Big Valley Jamboree:

If you purchased your tickets onsite using a debit or credit card, you will need to submit proof of your purchase so we can verify the transaction.

Please provide:

• A copy or screenshot of your bank statement or credit card statement showing the Big Valley Jamboree transaction

• A photo of your wristband, if you are still in possession of it

• The last four digits of the card used for the purchase

• Mailing address

 

We will be able to verify your purchase with this information. Credit card refunds can be processed remotely, and will appear on your credit card statement. For debit card purchases, a cheque will be issued and mailed to the address provided.

Onsite refund requests must be submitted by Friday, September 11 to bvj@bigvalleyjamboree.com

Once your purchase has been verified, please allow as little as 30 days for your refund to be processed.
