BVJ EZ PAY PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Big Valley Jamboree Payment Plan allows the customer the flexibility to pay for their order via an Installment Payment Plan ("EZ Pay")  The ticket purchaser (“Purchaser”) that utilizes EZPay agrees that their credit card will be charged once a month (“Installments”) until their order is paid in full. This includes the initial payment. Installments will be scheduled monthly during the term ("Term") running from December 01, 2017 – June 28, 2018. The number of Installments available to Purchaser are dependent on when the initial purchase is made in the Term.  The Purchaser will receive email confirmation each time their credit card is charged. At the time the final payment is made, their order will be available for shipment. The Purchaser further understands that they can, at any time, pay for the order in full.  Please note that there is a $5.00 CAD additional Processing Fee charged during each Installment for the payment plan option. If a payment is not made in full within 10 days after any Installment charge, your order WILL BE CANCELLED. You will receive a refund of all monies you have paid less a cancellation charge of $150.00 CAD + all Payment Plan Processing Fees already paid.
