Service

BVJ has a number of services available for your comfort and convenience. 

Banking Machines
For your convenience ATM machines are located on main street, the tradeshow building, Molson Saloon and in the concert bowl.

Garbage Collection
Upon arrival, all campers will receive a garbage bag. When full, place it by the roadway, a clean up crew will remove it for you and replace your bag with a new one. This service is offered daily.

Lost and Found/Message Board
Look for the message boards by the Chevy Ticket Pick-up booth and on the west end of main street.

Concessions
Concessions will be open Thursday (3:00 pm - 3:00 am) and Friday to Sunday (8:00 am – 3:00 am).  A wide variety of food and beverages are available. Cash only is accepted.

Medical Assistance
Medical Assistance is located north of the Police Station as well as in the Chevy Concert Bowl during show time. Assistance is available 24 hours/day commencing Thursday.

Handicapped Services
The Handicap Transportation Booth is located on Main Street commencing Thursday Noon – 11:00 pm. Friday and Saturday. Sunday, 7:30 am – 11:00 pm. Additional pick-up/drop off points are located in front of the CRE building and near the VIP entrance in the concert area and Handicap Camping area.

Souvenirs
Visit our three locations on site – Big Valley Boutique located on main street and the Artist Souvenir Booths located beside the stage in both the concert bowl and the Molson Saloon.

Souvenir Program Sales
Programs can be purchase upon arrival at the Processing Lanes or you can look for our sales staff near the Main Street Souvenir Booth, Information Booth or the entrance into the Concert Area. 

Information Booth
Located on Main Street, open daily commencing Wednesday. Information also available at the Chevy Ticket Pick-up booth.

Autograph Tent
Located in the Concert Area beside the stage, announcements will be made from the main stage as to which artists will be signing autographs.

Shuttle Service
The Shuttle Service runs every half hour to and from the City of Camrose. Pick up/drop off location on the grounds is directly in front of the CRE Building and the bus stops within the City at Extra Foods, Max McLean Arena (Recreation Grounds), Liquidation World and Duggan Mall. $1.75 per ride. This service is available 9:00 am – 3:00 am daily from Thursday to Sunday. A shuttle service is also available to and from the day parking area courtesy of Panhandle Productions.

RV Services
Fresh water and septic service available. Phone numbers for fresh water and septic service will be available soon.

A fee will be charged at time of service.
