The Sonicbids EPK (Electronic Press Kit) is an easy-to-use, web-based graphic interface that contains all the basic information of a musical act such as music, photos, date calendar and riders and can either be emailed to anyone with a click of the mouse or submitted in online promoter accounts through a virtual "Drop Box".

Submit your materials online through Sonicbids! If you are not yet a Sonicbids member and want to submit online, visit http://www.sonicbids.com/bigvalleyjamboree and sign-up for the Sonicbids Combo Package (includes your submission AND a discounted Sonicbids membership). If you are already a Sonicbids member, log in to your account and visit the Promoter Drop Box to submit.

FAMILY STAGE SUMBISSION INFORMATION
The Family Stage is certainly a stage on which to showcase your talent. The real magic of this showcase event is uncovering so many passionate artists who practice and perform for the love of music/dance.

In order to be eligible for the showcase, you should be at least 18 years of age or less. Musicians (fiddle players, guitar players, drummers, etc), dancers and singers are accepted. All genres of music are accepted; country, hip hop, jazz, rock, pop, musical theatre and folk.

A panel at Panhandle Productions will review all submissions and select acts based upon quality of their musicianship, vocal ability and dance technique.

A total of 21 acts will be invited to play on one day for a 10-minute set in a one hour segment with 2 segments per day.

The selected acts will be invited to play on the Family Stage at Big Valley Jamboree
