Main Stage Concert Bowl


The entertainment begins Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at 1:00 pm, and ends daily at 10:30 pm.

Helpful Hints…


Take your lawn chairs along with you to the Main Performance area for the best view of the stars (unless you have purchased VIP or Reserved Seating). Please remember to take your chairs with you at the end of the day. You may return into the concert area and place your chairs for the next day once the nightly clean-up has been completed. (A line up is formed and a maximum of 2 chairs / person can be carried in and set up. Those persons with more than 2 chairs / person will be required to form a separate line, and will be directed once the first line is finished).

Chairs will be set up at 9:00 am daily, or for Saturday and Sunday immediately following the night clean-up. Gates into the concert area close at 1:00 am nightly.

Panhandle Productions Ltd. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. All articles are left at the risk of the owner.

Panhandle Productions Ltd. has the right and will execute that right to remove any person(s) in regards to unruly behaviour set out by the enclosed guidelines.

Entrance to the concert area by appropriate wristband only.

Physically Challenged Area…


An area is available for the physically challenged and a maximum of two guests are allowed to accompany that person. Chairs must also be removed at the end of the day, and may be returned once clean up has been completed. Please join the same line as regular seating.

What Not to Bring…


For the safety and comfort of all patrons the following items will not be allowed through the pat down gates: glass bottles, unsealed beverage containers of any kind (including bottled water), video or audio recording devices, weapons, frisbees, fireworks, alcohol, umbrellas, pets or high-back lawn chairs. All patrons entering are subject to search by Panhandle Productions Staff.

Still Shot Cameras…


Still shot cameras adhering to the BVJ Photo Policy are welcome, there is an area for you to line up and take photos.
