HOW DOES IT WORK?
In the arena there are 30 head of cattle each with a number across their back. Three cattle will have a number 1, three will have a number 2, etc. When the announcer says, "FLAGS UP" - a team of three riders on horseback cross the startline, head to the heard and cut out the three cattle wearing the number announced. The team must only cut those three cattle out quickly and herd them into the oppposite end of the arena into a small pen. ALL WITHIN 60 SECONDS! You have speed, horses with cutting skill, and a bunch of cattle with their own ideas that sometimes outsmart the team. No two runs are ever alike!
